Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, a Senior Board Member of Hearts of Oak has expressed his dissatisfaction with the performance of the team in the ongoing league season.

The Phobians have had a difficult start to the season, languishing at the 11th position on the league table with just twelve points after ten matches, winning two matches with six draws and two defeats.

The former league champions have recorded just a victory in the last seven matches, a situation that has left most fans worried.

Speaking to the Hearts of Oak’s communication team in commemoration of their 112th birthday celebration, Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe believes the performance of the club is unsatisfactory and the players need to buckle up.

“I’m still not happy with the level of football that we still playing. I feel we can still go further”, the former chairman of the club said.

Dr Nyaho-Tamakloe who has served as the Chairman of the Ghana Football Association before, admonished Hearts to Oak supporters to be patient and rally behind the team in this difficult moment.

“I will urge the supporters to be patient. The supporters are extremely important to a big club like Hearts of Oak but at times they are impatient and when things are explained to them, I think they will understand. The present leadership headed by Elvis Hesse are doing very well.
