Chris Hughton names Ghana squad for Madagascar, Comoros games

Ghana coach, Chris Hughton has named the Black Stars squad for 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Madagascar and Comoros.

The 64-year old has named a 25-man squad for the two matches about four players returning to the squad after missing the last games.

Kasim Adams, Daniel Amartey, Osman Bukari and KamalDeen Sulemana have returned to the Black Stars for this month’s FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Madagascar and Comoros.

The quartet have been named alongside Captain Andre Ayew, Denis Odoi, Majeed Ashimeru and Baba Idrissu in a 25-man squad for the double header.

Deputy skipper Thomas Partey has been excluded due to injury.

Ghana will host Madagascar on Friday, November 17, 2023 at the Baba Yara Sports stadium before facing Comoros in Moroni on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
