And despite calls for his sack emerging among fans of the club, Koopman has pleaded with stakeholders of Hearts of Oak to give him ample time to revive the performance of the club.

The Dutch trainer believes his outfit were impressive in their game against FC Samartex, stating that with time Hearts of Oak will get back to its usual form.

“I see performance and I’m proud of them. I think we need time because the players are young. We have players between the ages of 19 and 21, so we need time” he said after FC Samartex game.
