At a virtual court session on Tuesday, the legal representatives agreed to reconvene on September 28 for the hearing of the case which has been pending for the past weeks.

King Faisal want the continuation of the pause because they believe the declaration of the opening of nominations for the election of GFA President before elections are held for the representatives of the Executive Committee is wrong and unlawful.

The former Ghana Premier League outfit aver that per article 30, 31(1), 32(2)(q) and 37(1) of the GFA Statutes 2019, the defendant is in deep breach of its own statutes.
