Army Ladies beat off competition to sign Gloria Fosuaa

Ghana Women’s Premier League club Army Ladies has completed the capture of former Thunder Queens talented winger Gloria Fosuaa ahead of the 2023/24 football season.

The speedster joined the Accra-based club on a season long term contract as a free agent,, can report.

Gloria became a free agent after his contract with Thunder Queens expires in the just ended 2022/23 season.

Thus, after several weeks of long talks between the player’s management and the club her move to Army Ladies was sealed, done and dusted.

This was when Army Ladies had beat off competition from fellow womens premier league team such as Berry Ladies, Epiphany Warriors, PearlPia Ladies and Kumasi Sports Academy to secure the signature of the winger.

Gloria Fosuaa’s inclusion to the Accra-based premier league side will bring some boost to the teams’ attacking front considering her speed, skills and abilities on the ball to create something out of nothing.

She scored 4 goals, provided 6 assists and won 2 Most Valuable Player awards for Thunder Queens in the one season she spent with the Accra-based women’s premier league side.
