Dreams FC announce departure of top striker

Ghana’s sole representative in the CAF Confederation Cup, Dreams FC have announced the departure of striker Ali Huzaif, can report.

The forward joins Bibiani Goldstars on a two-year contract ahead of the new season after an outstanding performance.

Ali regarded as one of the key influencers of the FA Cup champions ended his successful spell at the ‘Still Believe’ lads after his contract with the side expired.

He was part of the squad that helped Dreams FC to win the 2022/23 FA Cup and became a key member of the Dawu-based team until he left.

“Ali Huziaf has completed a permanent move to Bibiani Gold Stars. Goodbye, but the memories will forever remain on the field,” the still believe club announced on its official Twitter handle.

Ali Huzaif, is expected to form attacking partnership with already established forwards in Abednego Tetteh Prince Kwabena Owusu at Goldstars in the 2023/24 campaign.

GoldStars will begin their campaign as visitors to Berekum Chelsea in the week one fixtures of the Betpawa Ghana Premier League.
