Aduana Stars interested in Benjamin Arthur

Former Ghana Premier League winners, Aduana Stars Football Club have entered the race to sign talented midfielder Benjamin Arthur, Getsportsgh.com understands.

Arthur could join the Dormaa-based club before the transfer window close on Friday, September 1 with negotiations almost done.

The budding defensive midfielder has been deemed by coach Yaw Acheampong as a good addition to the Aduana Stars midfield following the departure of Kwame Adom Frimpong to Saint George SC in Ethiopia.

Benjamin Arthur has formerly played for Elmina Sharks and Medeama SC in the Ghanaian top-flight league.

Per information, Aduana Stars are also close to securing the service of defender Rich Sackey from Accra Lions.

Sackey is expected to sign a three-year deal on free transfer after a mandatory medical.

He will be replacing Stephen Anokye Badu who has left Aduana Stars to Defence Force SC in Ethiopia.
