The former Medeama winger is close to joining Bechem United

Ghana Premier League outfit Bechem United is close to securing the signature of former Medeama SC winger Darlington Gyan Fosu, understands.

The 26-year-old who left the Tarkwa-based club on mutual consent after just a season with the club is set to find a new home.

Darlington having joined Medeama in February 2022 after exceptional form at Karela United had to end his stint with the Ghanaian champions due to struggles to redefine his form.

Thus, he was part of the club’s history making squad that won the 2022/23 Ghana Premier league title.

Quest to find a new club before the transfer window ends,, can report that the Ghana Premier League winner is on the verge of joining Bechem United.

With negotiations reaching the final stage of the deal, Darlington Gyan Fosu will become a hunter in the coming days before the start of the 2023/24 football season.

The former Karela United player has previously played for then Nea Salamina Ghana now Wamanfo Mighty Royals FC before moving to Karela United in 2018.

He was an integral member of the Karela United team in 2019/20 season, scoring a goal in fifteen matches before the season was cancelled due to the devastating coronavirus pandemic.
