Kallon FC gain walkover after AS Douanes pulled out

Dream FC are set to play Kallon FC of Sierra Leone in the second-round preliminary stage of the CAF Confederation Cup if they cross Milo FC’s hurdle this Sunday.

The Ghanaian FA champions will play Milo FC of Guinea this weekend in the second leg of the first-round prelims in Ghana. They go into the game with a 1-1 scoreline they recorded in the first leg.

The all-important match is schedule for Sunday, August 27, at 3:00 pm, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Winner of the tie will face either AS Douanes (Niger) and Kallon FC (Sierra Leone) in the second preliminary round for a spot in the group stage.

However, information reaching, had it that, AS Douanes of Niger have withdrawn from the competition owning to ongoing political uprising in the country due to military takeover.

With this, Kallon FC of Sierra Leone will now wait for either Dreams FC or Milo FC in the next round base on who seal qualification in Sunday’s match.

Ahead of the match in Ghana, Dreams FC have announced ticket prices for the encounter.

According to the Ghanaian side, supporters will have to pay GHC 10 each for both the popular stand and centre line as well as GHC 20 each for both the lower VIP and VVIP wings.

Meanwhile, those who yearn for the VVIP stand will have to pay GHC 50 before occupying a seat.
