Ghanaian football powerhouse, Hearts of Oak have landed the acquisition of defender Kofi Agbesimah, Getsportsgh.com can report.

The Bechem United center-back has penned down a deal with Hearts of Oak pending medical.

Agbesimah has been a long-standing transfer target for the Phobians in the ongoing transfer window following his remarkable form for Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League.

Barring any last-minute change, Agbesimah will undergo Hearts of Oak medical lastest by Wednesday, August 23, 2023 before his official announcement.

Getsportsgh.com understands Hearts of Oak and Bechem United completed the negotiations on Tuesday which has enabled Agbesimah to sign for the Phobians.

His addition comes as huge boost to Hearts of Oak who have lost defenders like Konadu Yiadom, Caleb Amankwah and Robert Addo Sowah in the ongoing transfer window.

Agbesimah has become the latest addition to the Hearts of Oak defense after the signing of Eleven Wonders stalwart Kelvin Osei Asibey, Leventius Arthur from Tamale City and Michael Ampadu formerly of Legon Cities FC.
