Manaf Umar joins Nsoatreman FC

Knowledgeable midfielder Abdul Manaf Umar has joined Nsoatreman FC ahead of the 2023/24 league season, can exclusively report. can exclusively report that the former Hearts of Oak midfielder has signed a permanent deal for Nsoatreman FC after a successful medical.

Manaf has made a switch to Nsoatreman FC after a scintillating form for RTU in the Ghana Premier League last season.

He has become the latest player to leave RTU in the ongoing transfer window after Mathew Abayase, Manaf Umar, Stephen Badu Dankwa, Yaw Osei, Kwame Boakye, Sadat Mohammed and Frimpong Augustine.

He joined RTU from Hearts of Oak on a one-year deal in August, 2022 with an option for another year.

Manaf has already joined his new teammates at Nsoatreman FC for pre-season.

Manaf started his career with Hearts of Oak junior side Auroras FC who play in the Ghana Division Two League.

In January 2019, he was promoted by coach Kim Grant as he signed his first professional contract for Hearts of Oak ahead of the 2019 GFA Normalization Committee Special Competition and extended his contract with the club in July, 2019.

He was released by Hearts of Oak following the expiration of his contract at the end of the 2021-22 football season after failing to make a single appearance in the Ghana Premier League.

Before leaving the Phobians, Abdul Manaf had played a 31 matches and scored thrice across the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons in the Ghanaian top-flight.
