Manaf Umar to sign for Nsoatreman FC

Ghana Premier League outfit Nsoatreman FC are close to securing the signature of talented midfielder Abdul Manaf Umar in the ongoing transfer window.

Getsportsgh.com can exclusively report that Abdul Manaf could sign a permanent deal for Nsoatreman FC should negotiations end in success.

Abdul Manaf is joining Nsoatreman FC from Real Tamale United after an impeccable form last season.

He joined Real Tamale United from Hearts of Oak on a one-year deal in August, 2022 with an option for another year.

The 28-year-old could be announced as Nsoatreman FC before next week as negotiations has reached the apex.

Abdul Manaf started his career with Hearts of Oak junior side Auroras FC who play in the Ghana Division Two League.

In January 2019, he was promoted by coach Kim Grant as he signed his first professional contract for Hearts of Oak ahead of the 2019 GFA Normalization Committee Special Competition and extended his contract with the club in July, 2019.

He was released by Hearts of Oak following the expiration of his contract at the end of the 2021-22 football season after failing to make a single appearance in the Ghana Premier League.

Before leaving the Phobians, Abdul Manaf had played a 31 matches and scored thrice across the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons in the Ghanaian top-flight.
