Hearts of Oak sign midfield sensation Raphael Amponsah

Raphael Amponsah has signed for Hearts of Oak

Ghanaian powerhouse, Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of highly-talented midfielder Raphael Amponsah, Getsportsgh.com has learnt.

Getsportsgh.com can exclusively report that Raphael Amponsah has signed a five-year deal for Hearts of Oak, pending official announcement.

Amponsah has joined the Phobians from lower-tier side Asekem FC after a wonderful stay at the club.

The midfield gem is expected to add his exceptional talent to the Hearts of Oak midfield that boast of Gladson Awako, Eric Esso, Salifu Ibrahim and host of other talented midfielders.

Raphael Amponsah has become the lastest addition to the Hearts of Oak squad after Leventus Arthur and Kelvin Osei Asibey.

Osei Asibey signed for Hearts of Oak on a permanent deal after completing a mandatory medical following a fruitful agreement with division one league outfit Bofoakwa Tano FC.

The enterprising defender has already started training with Hearts of Oak ahead of the 2023/24 league season.

Already the Phobians have parted ways with defender Robert Addo Sowah with Konadu Yiadom also leaving for Ukraine.

The former Ghana Premier league champions have,  however recalled striker Issah Kuka from loan spell at Real Tamale United.

Kuka was sent on loan at Real Tamale United last season after his promotion from the Hearts of Oak youth team, Auroras.

He has been recalled following his impeccable form for Real Tamale United last season where he bagged eleven goals.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak will begin the 2023/24 season of the Ghana Premier league with a trip to Tamale to face Real Tamale United at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium…
