Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has currently joined his teammates at Pobiman to prepare for the forthcoming league season.

His return comes as huge boost for Hearts of Oak who were shambolic last season and want to make amends in the 2023/24 league season.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak have deemed young attacker Benjamin Yorke after uninspiring performance.

The former FC Samartex forward could leave the Phobians in the ongoing transfer window as the club is willing to offload him to pave way for new additions.

Yorke signed a five-year deal for Hearts of Oak under coach Samuel Boadu in August, 2021 from then division one league outfit FC Samartex.

He was highly touted to solve the Hearts of Oak attacking problem following his incredible form at FC Samartex but ended up not living up to expectations.

Benjamin Yorke showed some glimpses of his talent last season by scoring some number of goals.

With Yorke set to leave Hearts of Oak, the former Ghana Premier league champions are close to signing French forward Stephane Ernest Bombelenga to bolster squad for next league season.

The Phobians are also on the verge of signing Congolese striker Kashala Wanet who is already in Ghana to finalize the deal.
