OFFICIAL: Dreams FC sign talented midfielder Suweidu Suhiyini

Suweidu Suhiyini has joined Dreams FC on a four-year deal

Ghanaian side Dreams FC have announced the capturing of talented attacking midfielder Sulemana Suweidu Suhiyini, can confirm.

Suweidu Suhiyini has signed a four-year deal for Dreams FC after undergoing a successful medical.

He has joined the reigning FA Cup champions from division one league outfit Steadfast FC.

A club statement confirming the signing of Suweidu Suhiyini reads, “Dreams FC is pleased to announce the signing of Sulemana Suweidu Suhiyini. The attacking midfielder joins us from Division One League club Steadfast FC.

“Suweidu has signed a 4year contract having passed a medical.”

Speaking after a successful deal, Sulemana Suweidu Suhiyini said “I am thrilled to sign this contract and become part of this team. I am grateful for the opportunity to play the sport I love at the highest level and I am committed to working hard and contributing to the success of the team. I want to thank everyone who has helped me to get to this point and I am excited to get started and make the most of this opportunity.”

Suweidu Suhiyini has already joined his teammates in preparation for our CAF Confederation Cup opener against Milo FC.

Dreams FC will be partaking in the CAF Confederation Cup after winning the last season’s FA Cup, beating King Faisal Football Club in the final.

Dreams FC will play Guinean side Milo FC de Kankan in the first preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Dawu-based club will travel to Guinea for the first leg scheduled for August 18-20, 2023 before the reverse fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium from August 25-27, 2023.

The winner of the tie will face either AS Dounes or Kallon FC in the final stages of the preliminary round slated for September 15-17, 2023 and September 29-October 1, 2023.
