Morrison is close to joining AS FAR Rabat

Ghanaian forward Bernard Morrison is close to completing a move to Moroccan champions AS FAR Rabat on free transfer.

Getsportsgh.com can exclusively reports that Morrison has attracted huge interest from AS FAR Rabat following his incredible form for Tanzanian giants Young Africans.

The 30-year old is currently a free agent after leaving Young Africans in the just-ended league season.

Morrison has become a target for AS FAR Rabat based on the recommendation of the club’s coach Nasreddine Nabi who was with the Ghanaian forward at Young Africans.

He is expected to sign a deal for AS FAR Rabat in the next coming days as negotiations have reached the apex.

Morrison was instrumental for Young Africans in last season’s CAF Confederation Cup campaign where he helped the team to reach final, losing to Algerian side USM Alger.

The former AshantiGold SC attacker made six appearances for Young Africans in the CAF Confederation Cup campaign, scoring a single goal.

He also contributed to Young Africans league title defence last season.

Morrison has formerly played for South African giants Orlando Pirates, Congolese side AS Vita Club, and Simba SC, bitterest rivals of Young Africans.
