Akrofi has joined Medeama on a year deal
Ghanaian champions, Medeama SC have completed the acquisition of ace defender Richard Akrofi, Getsportsgh.com can exclusively reveal.
The experienced defender has joined Medeama on a year deal after completing a mandatory medical.
Akrofi has joined the reigning Ghana Premier league champions after leaving Nsoatreman FC.

The former Hearts of Oak defender joined Nsoatreman FC on a two-year deal in August, 2022 after leaving King Faisal Football Club.
Akrofi is expected to strengthen Medeama defence ahead of the 2023/24 CAF Champions Cup campaign where the Tarkwa-based club will face Remo Stars of Nigeria in the first preliminary round.
He has formerly played for Wa All Stars (now Legon Cities FC), Hearts of Oak and King Faisal Football Club.
