I’m not interested in Hearts of Oak coaching job – Mohammed Polo

Veteran Ghanaian coach, Mohammed Ahmed Polo says he is not interested in the vacant coaching job at Accra Hearts of Oak.

The former Accra Hearts of Oak and Accra Great Olympics coach is currently unattached and is keenly focused on his football Academy Golden Stars to help young players chase their dreams.

Hearts of Oak is currently without a coach after relieving interim gaffer David Ocloo of his duties days ago.

But Getsportsgh.com reported last week that the Ghanaian powerhouse are closing on the appointment of Nigerian trainer Paul Aigbogun as the new substantive head coach after the departure of Slavko Matic.

Speaking in an interview on the state of his former club Mohammed Polo stated that he is not interested in returning to the rainbow club as coach.

”I’m not interested to coach Hearts, my current concentration is on discovering, nurturing, and developing talent for our clubs. The local league is in disarray, and we require top players,” the 2013/14 coach of Hearts of Oak noted.

Mohammed Polo added that “I want to develop quality players so that people will come after them.”
